You need to document everything that has happened and FILE it with everybody
involved so you have appealable issues in the future.

No matter what stage your "case" is in, the absolute Number One (#1) thing
YOU MUST DO-

Document, Document, Document. Write your own version of history in Sworn
Affidavit form
http://www.familyrightsassociation.com/bin/FORMS/SAMPLE_AFFIDAVIT.TXT
and FILE IT with the Court, the CPS, the DA, and whoever else that has
ANYTHING to do with your case.

Learn as much as you can, as fast as you can

May I strongly suggest getting Pamela Gaston's "Sui Juris"? This is a HOW
TO MANUAL to get your RECORD into the court and fight these maggots to a
stand still.

(Note: This is from an email received, I'm forwarding to this ng, Den.)

Begin quote:

"This site is a place for foster children to find each other and their
families without the state monitoring them.

Please pass on these addresses everywhere possible that these children and
their parents can find them.

Tell them we know how to help them excercise their rights in the courts and
go after their abusers.

Time to start restoring families severed by the state in America.

Thousands of children that were wrongfully removed need to come home.

Subject: New Foster Kids site

Hello folks-

This is to introduce Susie Harrison aka SusieQ. She has undertaken a bold
project to find adult children who were wrongly removed from their families
over the past 20 to 30 years.

The name of her effort is Generation Lost. Her brand new website is at-
http://www.lostfosterkids.com

This content is under development, and in it's present state is being added
to DAILY.

Her intention is to help re-unite adult children (who want to) with their
true biological parents.

And she hopes to become a resource for adult children of "the system".

As her focus develops, she will undoubtedly be offering other services as
well.

Right now, she needs STORIES from adult children of the system who want to
tell the world what the system DID TO THEM.

Please circulate this announcement widely. I am sure she would deeply
appreciate help, content contributions, and suggestions in finely tuning
the focus of her endeavor.

Susie Harrison's email is contactsusieq@charter.net

This link will take you to an article descibing the difference between evangelical Christians and hate groups like Roger's and why the Christian Identity and sovereign citizen movements are so dangerous to evangelical Christians as well as all Christians and members of other religions.

This link will take you to an article in the Wisconsin Law Review describing how the violent, hatefilled, racist Christian Identity uses various illegal pseudo-law strategies to engage in paper terrorism against the court system and regular citizens perceived to be agents of some weird international conspiracies to destroy the pure Aryan race.

The following is an excerpt from an expose of a fake church which is a front for the Christian Identity and sovereign citizen movements with ties to a gang here in Oregon.

Here is the excerpt about Greater Ministries:

The ministry has run full page advertisements at least three times in The American's Bulletin, an Oregon-based magazine catering to Christian Identity and common law adherents. February's issue included a story about possible health threats created by mysterious jet trails over Michigan. The advertisements tout asset protection and ways to become a sovereign citizen through the Tampa Freedom Centre, .a division of Greater Ministries.

The American's Bulletin is ``very much within the patriot movement in a big way. It is full of New World Order conspiracy theories,'' said Mark Potok, editor of the Intelligence Report. The report is published by the Southern Poverty Law Center as a monitor on militant right-wing political groups.

Common law and Christian Identity each grew out of the Posse Comitatus, a white supremacist terrorist group prominent during the 1970s and '80s and responsible for killing two U.S. marshals, said militia expert Mark Pitcavage. Christian Identity espouses a belief that white European Christians are the true Israelites and God's chosen people. ``These people are very radical, and they are targeting a vulnerable community and getting a lot of money out of it.''

The following is from Carl Worden of the Southern Oregon Militia:

Certainly, mainstream Christianity is the primary religious affiliation the vast majority of men and women adhere to who make up the American Militia movement. However, also raising its butt-ugly head is something called "Christian Identity", which is anything BUT Christian and the people embracing it don't know jack about their identity.

CI believers insist they are descendants of the lost tribes of Israel, and are therefore God's true "Chosen". They believe the Chosen are all lily-white, Anglo-Saxon and Germanic and they insist Jews are not descended of the biblical Israel, but are the spawn of Satan himself. People of color and especially whites who marry people of color don't have a place in Heaven, according to the CI freaks.

When it gets right down to it, CI is a religion created to justify racism and anti-Semitism. It is an ugly religion and the people who adhere to it are some of the most evil and hateful people you will ever encounter, particularly if you question their belief system with hard, indisputable facts.

The Southern Poverty Law Center and the ADL did the public a terrible disservice by classifying all these various CI groups as "Militias". In truth, they are skin-head/Aryan Nations/Neo-Nazi freaks, and the only thing a true citizen's militia will probably ever have in common with them will be a gunfight. One cannot support and defend the Constitution of the United States, and at the same time embrace racist or anti-Semitic sentiments. The two belief systems are in enmity with one another.

Nevertheless, CI is making tremendous strides among the disaffected in society who are looking for a scapegoat, and their numbers are growing alarmingly.

Further, CI adherents are quite literally the most dangerous people we have living among us here in America. Timothy McVeigh and Terry Nichols were CI.

The members of the so-called "Order" who murdered Alan Berg, the Jewish radio talk show host in Denver, were CI. That freak, Buford Furrow, who attacked the Jewish Community Center in Los Angeles and then walked outside and killed a postal worker for no better reason than he wasn't white? Yep, he was CI too.

So the first challenge you'll face in this research is to determine if the people you are interviewing are actually true militia members or CI freaks labeled a militia by that con man Morris Dees of the SPLC.

I hope this information has been helpful.

Have a great day.

From the Sleaze Report: For the last couple of days members of the gang have been driving past where I live. Sometimes they even cuss out the house and flip the house off. This has upset the house so I'm looking for some house psychologists or psychiatrists to help the house get through some tough times.

NOTE: I've got better things to do than erase the childish, immature, psychotic, obscene comments from looney Roger Weidner and his gang of illiterate morons, so just put your opinions at the Johnhays.net Forum.

First of all I would like to say that your views on christian identity and the people who are CI, is very one sided and not completly accurate. Second, Christian Identity teaches all races to be seperated and not to mix the races, as well as teaching pride in yourself and your family heritage, which by the way last time I checked there were no laws on the books stating you couldnt be a separtist, as that would negate the supreme law of the land, being the constitution, which inherintly gives all who are citizens the right to their religious beliefs no matter what they are. Although if you do some checking into the the drafts made of the origanial document to what we know now as the constitution, you will find that it was largely based on christian beliefs, mainly the ten commandments.

Third, your theory of Tim McVeigh and Terry Nichols is only a preception fed to the public by controlled media tactics used by the Govermnent as a tool to enforce more intrusive laws into the lives of private citizens who would rather prefer to live in this country as free men and women without somebody dictating to them what they can and cannot do, you have to understand that as long as we have freewill it is a concious decision to live by, or to break the law. Now Mcveigh may have had CI beliefs, but he was also known to run with militia, and other various patriot groups as well. And as for Nichols, to say he was Identity is plan out and out lying. Mr. Nichols was married to a non white woman, and had a baby with her which goes against any and all beliefs of the Identity movement. So I suggest that you should check into your facts more carefully before you pass judgement on anybody sir.

I must tell you Im not Identity and Im not militia, nor am I affiliated with any other patriotic group, but I have studied the belief system of these groups as well as muslim, judism, buddist, and various other religions, and being a white person myself I see nothing wrong with wanting to keep and preserve your heritage. Its ok when the black man stands up and says he is a separatist, or the hispanics, or the asians, but when a white man or woman say it, they are labeled supremeist. Maybe you should talk with Louis Farrakan or Khalihd Mohammahed before you talk any more trash on some of the kindest most generous people I have ever had the priviledge to meet.
Respectfully,
John.

I disagree with you, John. I agree with Carl Worden of the Southern Oregon Militia when he says,

"CI believers insist they are descendants of the lost tribes of Israel, and are therefore God's true "Chosen". They believe the Chosen are all lily-white, Anglo-Saxon and Germanic and they insist Jews are not descended of the biblical Israel, but are the spawn of Satan himself. You can read Carl Worden's whole article here. As for racists from supposedly "non-white" ethnic groups, I don't like them either. I like to mix with all sorts of people and all sorts of cultures and I dislike homogeneity when it comes to people.
