XRLQ is on a mission. I think it's a mission about getting a new word, "esnarca", to be snarky, or something like that. Personally, I think he just made up the word "esnarca". You never know.

While we're on the subject, Howard Bashman was on a mission to get the federal judiciary to make their websites user-friendly (this means making the websites easy for the average citizen to navigate and, in my opinion, to make the websites more aesthetic.)
