Multnomah County's dirty secret

I haven't had any hate email or death threats in about twenty four hours so it's time for a "piss off" post. This post is in the form of a couple of questions.

How many innocent people did mentally deranged, delusional, homophobic, fanatically anti-government, hate-filled white supremacist Roger Weidner put in the slammer when he was a prosecutor with the Multnomah County, Oregon District Attorney's Office? Did any of Roger's buddies put innocent people in the slammer as a favor to Roger? Is Multnomah County trying to be the Strom Thurmond of Oregon counties?

The following tells what Roger Weidner is really like:

WATCHDOG SENT TO PSYCHIATRIC WARD

Salem (AP) - A former chief prosecutor in Portland who claims he
found widespread corruption in Oregon's legal establishment now finds
himself locked up in a Salem psychaiatric ward.

Roger Weidner, 57, has been in the Oregon State Hospital's forensic
program for the criminally insane since a Multnomah County judge
ordered him to undergo psychiatric evaluation in August.

His supporters say he's a tenacious whistle-blower who's paying a
steep price for his efforts to expose wrongdoing. Others say he
simply may be delusional.

"I'm a political prisoner in this place," he declared during an
interview with the Statesman Journal newspaper.

District Judge Dorothy Baker, who ordered Weidner to the state
hospital, could not be located for comment Monday.

At least one psychiatrist has told Weidner that he is dilusional. In
psychiatric terms, that means Weidner holds firm beliefs in spite of
strong evidence indicating they ARE FALSE.

Weidner scoffed at the diagnosis: I'm a far cry from being
delusional. I have no belief or opinion that is not based on fact."

The following is Roger at his Multnomah County Common Law Court (MCCLC).

Bell sat on the King's Bench, presided over by Chief Justice Charles Stewart of the Multnomah County Common Law Court (MCCLC), with such luminaries of the common law as Roger Weidner, the deputy district attorney for fraud, the man who discovered it in the system and went mad, forcibly interred at the state hospital for the insane by Judge Dorothy Baker, of the Multnomah County District Court, who, 13 years ago was in the same office Bell is suspected of bombing.

And on the other side of Bell, on the King's bench, sits Lunch, Dick Lancial, who the editor met in the back of a donut shop, magnificent guy, clerk for the MCCLC, charged with simulating court process, rousted from bed in his underwear and his computer seized by Portland city police the same moments the Feds were kicking in the door of Bell's elderly parents in their sweet Vancouver, Washington home to seize his computer.

A document found on Bell's computer reportedly bragged about bombing the
editor's office 13 years ago.

Twelve angry men. Some quiet, reserved, others open and talkative. Some
with grievances. Some with quieter agendas.

All of them white men. Calvinist Jeff Weakly, pastor for the court, who
the editor met in a bookshop, standing behind a counter expounding on the
true lost tribes of Israel.

Looks like Roger has subpoened almost everybody in Oregon for one of his common law courts. Many years ago Roger, Victor Oekerman and some of their buddies sentenced me to death in absentia in one of their common law courts because I divorced the psycho ex-wife, Faye Marie Oekerman.

EX MULTNOMAH COUNTY PROSECUTOR CLAIMS WIDESPREAD CORRUPTION

The Oregon Observer is printing this story as presented by
Roger Weidner, an ex-prosecutor with the Multnomah County District
Attorney's office.

Investigators with the Oregon Observer have searched for denials
from the principals in this case to no avail. We would urge any of
the parties involved to come forward with any evidence that disputes
the validity of the claims in this story.

As a hard-hitting investigative newspaper, the Oregon Ob-
server wishes to expose the truth, unconver the facts, and present
them to the People of the entire State of Oregon. It is with this
mission in mind that this story appears in our pages.

To lend some credibility to the claims which Roger Weidner has
made in many courts, on the record, we add the following quote
from Martha Hicks, a prominent attorney at the offices of the
Oregon State Bar:
"I am prosecuting Milton Brown and have been for quite some time."
This quote was made to investigative reporter Ed Snook with
the Oregon Observer from her office on October 25, 1994.

CLAIMS OF CORRUPTION ON A GRAND SCALE
Exposed in the Oregon Supreme Court by Roger Weidner, Governor Barbara
Roberts, Attorney General Ted Kulongowski, Multnomah County District
Attorney Micheal Schrunk and other Federal, State and local officials
subpoenaed to appear before a special Grand Jury convened by Roger
Weidner on October 14, 1994 to inquire into the cirminal conduct of
attorneys and judges covering up the alleged murder of attorney Don
Kettleberg by his business partner, attorney Milton Brown and Dr.
Charles Hahn, and the conversion by Brown and Hahn of $35 million in
Kettleberg estate assets. None of the above appeared before the Grand
Jury.

Roger Weidner, an attorney on inactive status with the Oregon
State Bar and while serving on jury duty in Multnomah County on
October 14, 1994, subpoenaed not only the public officials
mentioned above but also the following:

* All justices of the Oregon Supreme Court
* All Judges of the Oregon Court of Appeals
* The entire Oregon congressional delegation
* Portland Mayor Vera Katz
* City Attorney Jeff Rogers
* All City Commissioners
* Clackamas County Commissioners and Counsel
* Mr. Teitsworth with the FBI
* Caroline Leonard, Director of the local IRS office
* Ray Taylor with the Criminal Investigation Division of the IRS
* Robert Skipper, Multnomah County Sheriff
* James O'Leary, Clackamas County District Attorney
* Charles Moose, Portland Police Chief
They were all to appear to show cause why Roger Weidner,
as a member of the Multnomah County Juror Panel, should not
convene a special Grand Jury to investigate the alleged ongoing
criminal conduct of attorneys and judges in Multnomah
and Clackamas County Oregon.

Of course old Roger and his buddies have to make all sorts of false accusations against people, including me.

Why would a 'judge' (a man in a black dress) approve of a 10 year old girl being repeatedly sexually molested by foster homes unless he is involved in a ring of pedophiles and satanic sexual perverts? And why has this girl her parents been denied a trial by jury? The courts cannot get much more evil!

October 1, l999 - Salem, Oregon

On September 30, l999, in Marion County, Oregon, an outraged group of
citizens placed judge Fred E. Avera under Citizens Arrest for Trespass of
Treason to the Constitution and Misprison of Felony. Witnessing this arrest
were court watchers from A Voice For Children, Oregon Judicial Watch,
Constitutional Defenders and Grandparents Rights groups who have been
actively confronting the corruption in the Oregon judicial system.
Among the court watchers were l998 Reform Party candidate Roger Weidner,
candidate for Secretary of State Carlos Luceros, Director of F.A.I.R. Velma
Hartwig, and Oregon Judicial Watch President Pamela Gaston, and 20
supporters.

The woman who had her seized was later arrested for black market child selling. The courts have done nothing but spend milions $$ literally, more than thirty cases against us on anything they can make up, and all this right out in the open. As these facts have come to light has this Governor investigated? NO has he interevened" NO - he has only protected the criminals, of which he is one. The state Supreme Courts are the constitutional courts, and where these issues are supposed to be dealt with. Because it is so FETID all the way thorugh, you have these offices filled with pedophiles themselves, the whole gay agenda we deal with every day, and the HUGE money making machinee they have going....

We hear stories of abuse like this constantly. In Oregon, KEVIN MANNIX governor candidate is financed by LOREN PARKS who is one of the biggest perverts in the country - he designed pedophile machines that are used by gays and the state alike to abuse chidlren and adults. And you see "church" groups like Christian Coalition SUPPORTING THIS FILTH.

THIS WHOLE THING WAS SENT TO THE JUSTICE DEPT BY A POLICE CHIEF, AND ALL THE ATTORNEY GENERAL DID WAS RETALIATE MORE AND MORE, AND STILL.......THEY ARE THE PEDOPHILES !!!!
