I've read all of Anne Rice's novels about the vampires. I've even read a couple of her books not involving the vampires. My favorite vampire is, of course, Lestat.
I read "Queen of the Damned" and then watched the movie. It seemed so slowly paced that it was boring. I watched it a second time thinking maybe I just wasn't in the mood to enjoy the movie the first time. Nope. It's still too slowly paced the second time I saw the flick.
The first movie starring Tom Cruise and Brad Pitt was a great movie. I wonder why "Queen of the Damned" sucked. The book, "Queen of the Damned", is one of her best books.
