We have a judge in loony, homophobic, racist Washington County, Oregon by the name of Suzanne Upton. Before becoming a judge she was a prosecutor with the Washington County District Attorney's Office.
Once, while she was still a prosecutor she told me not to shoot Tigard, Oregon cops. I wasn't quite sure what she was talking about so I readily agreed. You don't want to piss off prosecutors who scowl a lot.
Apparently, some members of a lunatic white supremacist cult told her I was going to shoot Tigard cops. I was never planning on shooting Tigard cops, or anybody, for that matter. In fact, I've never even pointed a gun at a person. Later on members of the cult told the mother of my two daughters to go and scream at Suzanne and order her to punish me for some reason. The mother of my two children actually did what the cult ordered. Apparently, Suzanne refused to be intimidated by the screams and threats of the cult. I'm wondering when the cult will arrest Suzanne like they did with Judge Avera or when the cult is going to run Suzanne out of the courtroom like they did with Judge Ed Petersen or confront Suzanne and accuse her of treasonous activities like they did to Ronald Cinninger.
The lunatics in the white supremacist cult think Suzanne is a lesbian. They also think she's a pedophile, a child abuser and a "mud person". Who knows, Suzanne might be a lesbian, although I doubt it because she's married to a male lawyer. But hey, members of the cult think everybody who is not in the cult are homosexuals, lesbians, Satanic pedophiles, members of the Illuminati Conspiracy and other nonsense.
Anyway, apparently, the crazy cultists told Suzanne I was going to shoot Tigard cops. I'm sure they also accused me of various others crimes, which they've been doing since 1980.
While I've never planned on shooting anybody I have been shot at. I was shot at in my teen years by a couple members of a gang in Tucson and by a member of a gang in LA. Luckily for me most gang members never target practice and the guys shooting at me weren't using a semi-automatic rifle, so they missed me as I was running away at an angle. I don't believe most people know how difficult it is to shoot a moving target running away at an angle.
When I was twelve and thirteen years of age I lived in Roswell on the outskirts of town. I would go out into the boonies and practice target shooting almost every day. I would hunt jackrabbits out in the boonies. I never shot them while they were still. Instead I would wait until they started running and then try and shoot them. It was damn difficult to hit them. I think in two years I was only able to shoot about five of them and there was a lot of them around. I quit hunting them when a neighbor who was the county extension officer told me not to eat the jackrabbits because there was a better than average chance they were infected with the plague.
