Tyler Cowen of the Volokh Conspiracy is highlighting a blog by Clay Whittaker, thirteen-year-old political blogger. Clay has even more opinions than I do. He even has an opinion about Rush Limbaugh.
I don't really have an opinion about Rush because I tend to think he's pretty much full of it, but I will admit at times he's hyterically funny.
