The One True b!X has a post about Portland's reservoirs being listed as historic. This is supposed to be a secret but I'm going to tell my four faithful drunk readers in Joe's Saloon in the Virgin Islands who the One Tru b!X really is. He's a secret agent for the Reservoir Bureau of the Los Angeles Department of Water & Power and he's in Portland to spy on Portland's attempt to bury our historic fishing holes.
