Here in Oregon we have a looney, vigilante, "sovereign citizen" gang. One of the gang's leaders is a moron by the name of Roger Weidner.
It looks like Roger Weidner and his gang of thugs, liars, thieves, morons, bigots and delusional anti-government zealots are being sued. The following is an excerpt from the May 2004 newsletter from Oregon Judicial Watch

We need to amend the By-Laws for 2 things: we need a business membership category, and a provision to give an honorary membership to those who volunteer their time We suggest $75. business membership and a minimum of 10 hours a year volunteer work.
Also, OJW is being sued for the actions of Roger Weidner, as President of OJW and his vigilante group few of whom are/were members. According to our By-Laws Roger was never officially elected President. There was not a quorum of members voting at the January 2003 meeting. Anyone wishing for details, please contact our Secretary, Helen Solem. The lawsuit Plaintiff is Linda Reed Haase, an attorney in LaPine, Or. She is charging defamatory and libelous statements causing harm to her reputation and emotional distress by intimidation, and coercion and fear for her safety. OJW has apprised Attorney Haase and her attorney Ingram Mr Weidner is not and was not President of OJW. Further, OJW members do not pursue vigilante intimidation justice. We simply want to have our Constitutional Rights protected. We advocate doing this through an educational process.

Now let's hear what one of White's staunch defenders and supporters, Charles Bruce Stewart, founder of The Christian Common Law organization in Oregon, has to say about Tim White. This statement was published by Larry Lawson, another alleged "Christian Patriot" and weird conspiracy theorist, on his Larry Lawson News yahoo message board.Charles Bruce Stewart wrote:

The fact that Charles Stewart is a pompous windbag (who definitely needs some help with his spelling) and an ignoramus who consistently writes and speaks about issues of which he knows nothing, has been made evident by the many fallacious comments he has written about me and others (such as my friend and professional colleague ex-FBI agent Geral Sosbee) whom he has targeted for his inane rantings. Stewart's libelous writings will be addressed in detail in an upcoming report.

You should know that he is an unrepentant child molester. I know. I was one of victims. When I confronted him at last, some years ago, he denied it and even went so far as to try to blame his older brother. He lied.
So take anything he says with the appropriate grains of salt.
There's a moron, wannabe child molester (he's a veteran who went bad by becoming involved in the "sovereign citizen" movement), and member of Roger's gang who is trying to make it with a young female teenager. He's using one of the gang's old routines. First he tells the young female teenager that her parents are no-good, drug-using, dysfunctional parents who don't love her and then he pretends he can make her happy for life.
