Recently the Ethics Rewrite issue was raised in the Law Commission, and Governor Kulongoski has asked the commission to research the policies and fix what is now seen to be lax oversight and ineffective public right to know, as abuse has come to light that has been fully known and protected until recently. Now that the people are seeing that there is huge fraud and no accountability for generations in Oregon government, the legislators are attempting to continue their appearance of law facade of bar written statutory rules falsely called "law". The bar members in these agencies and on this commission and in every "branch", WRITE THE RULES TO ALLOW THEMSELVES TO VIOLATE THE PUBLIC TRUST WITHOUT APPEARING TO BREAK THE "LAW".
A large audience attended the hearing, many familes came from around Oregon to testify about the complete lack of "ethics" in the nightmares the state has committed against them and their children. Among those in the audience were heads of Oregons Advocate groups, among them former prosecutor Roger Weidner; Pamela and Will Gaston, directors of A Voice For Children; Susan Detlefsen, Director Oregon Family Rights; Dee Michael, Grandparents for Family Justice; Yvonne Heinrichs, Provably Innocent Prisoners (POP); Velma Hartwig, FAIR Family Advocacy Group; Ed Johnston, Advocate and Lobbyist for Constitutional Government, and many families.
Susan Detlefsen, is running for office under the Libertarian banner. Barbara Hartwell has some info about some of the gang's members.
Now let's hear what one of White's staunch defenders and supporters, Charles Bruce Stewart, founder of The Christian Common Law organization in Oregon, has to say about Tim White. This statement was published by Larry Lawson, another alleged "Christian Patriot" and weird conspiracy theorist, on his Larry Lawson News yahoo message board.Charles Bruce Stewart wrote:

The fact that Charles Stewart is a pompous windbag (who definitely needs some help with his spelling) and an ignoramus who consistently writes and speaks about issues of which he knows nothing, has been made evident by the many fallacious comments he has written about me and others (such as my friend and professional colleague ex-FBI agent Geral Sosbee) whom he has targeted for his inane rantings. Stewart's libelous writings will be addressed in detail in an upcoming report.

You should know that he is an unrepentant child molester. I know. I was one of victims. When I confronted him at last, some years ago, he denied it and even went so far as to try to blame his older brother. He lied.
So take anything he says with the appropriate grains of salt.
As many people know, my ex-wife (Faye Marie Oekerman, who I divorced in 1980) and her looney, mentally ill, sovereign citizen legal advisor, Roger Weidner, are convinced I'm hooked up with the "Protocols of the Elders of Zion" and the New World Order gang.
