Surprisingly, they actually found a cop and a couple of Navy JAG officers who believed them.
WISHON EXPOSES ATTORNEY'S CONSPIRACY WEIDNER ARRESTS ATTORNEY CLAUDE INGRAMOn March 9, 2004 LaPine Oregon property owner Patricia Wishon appeared with 25 supporters in the Deschutes County Courtroom of Judge Thompson to be heard on the Summary Judgment Motion that she filed in the Racketeering and Intentional Infliction of Emotional Duress case she had pending against her former attorney Anthony Albertazzi, her former husband Santiago Torres and his attorney and live-in girl friend attorney Linda Hasse.
Roger's crazy gang members lost the case.
In her complaint, and in her sworn courtroom testimony, while Judge Thompson, Torres, his attorney Claude Ingram and Albertazzi's attorney Carol Gregory, Deschutes County Deputies Phillips and Byers and the 25 supporters, with silence and total attention looked on, she with passion and righteous indignation detailed how the defendants have openly, shamelessly and treacherously conspired against her to defraud her of property she had inherited from her late husband. She spoke with abject contempt for her former husband Torres for having married her for her property then having turned into a vicious wife-beater who after almost killing her and physically torturing her forced her to call the police and have him arrested and taken from her home in hand cuffs and ultimately sent to jail for 6 months.
Everything looney Wishon said was all lies created in Roger's feverish, insane mind. You'd have to be an idiot to believe anything Roger Weidner or any of his mindless minions say about anything.
In the support group were Former Marion County Sheriff Jack Utterback and his wife Dixie, A Voice for Children Director Wilbur Gaston and l998 Oregon Reform Party candidate for Governor Roger Weidner, Ecclesia Director Gregory Thomas and people from the area who came as courtwatchers and supporters including the Hempel's, Breeden's, C. Edwards, D. Peddycoast, D. Pinkley.
These people are all what is called "sovereign citizens". They are loonies who hate America, minorities, mainstream Christians, Jews, Blacks, Latinos, gay people, judges, cops, and the list goes on and on.
By the way, the gang is being sued for defamation, intimidation and other things. As usual, lying Roger Weidner claimed to be President of Oregon Judicial Watch when, in fact, he never was, according to current Acting President, John Kowalski. John Kowalski goes on to say many members of Roger's vigilante cult were not members of Oregon Judicial Watch.
Let's see what other looniness witless Wishon is up to. Well, well, she appears to be helping Roger get as many morons in trouble as is possible.
FORMER MARION COUNTY SHERIFF UTTERBACK AND WIFE ARRESTED IN COURT FOR CHALLENGING COURT JURISDICTIONPrineville, Crook County, Oregon - On Tuesday, March 2, 2004 Former Marion County Sheriff Jack Utterback and his wife Dixie appeared in the Crook County Courtroom of Judge DANIEL AHERN. The Utterbacks had been ordered to appear to stand trial for numerous zoning code violations. The ordeal the Utterbacks have endured at the hands of an arrogant and abusive county was described by the Utterbacks when they appeared February 24, 2004 before a Special Grand Jury.
When they say a "Special Grand Jury", they actually mean a vigilante "common law court". An excerpt from this article says:

Now back to the loonies.
The Utterbacks entered the courtroom with 7 supporters including Weidner, Gaston, Patricia Wishon, Jason Wheeler, Tony Martin and Wishon's sister and husband. Weidner told everyone to remain standing until the judge came in so there would be no voluntary public acknowledgement when Judge Ahern entered the room. While standing Weidner obtained the name of Dep. DA RAMEY and court guards Sgt RUSS WRIGHT and Under Sheriff HENSLEY. Judge Ahern entered the room and only Ramey moved when Ahern entered the court. Ahern in a stern orderly way read the Utterback case number into the record. Dixie and Jack stepped forward and she informed Ahern that Jack was hard of hearing and she would be speaking. Dixie Utterback then at the prompting of Weidner read into the record the information in the Special Appearance she had filed with the court. Utterback read Supreme Court caselaw in that document that states if the jurisdiction is challenged all proceedings must cease until jurisdiction is established. This is the most basic right of a freeborn people to insure that constitutioanl judicial due process is being adhered to. Utterback said it was not a lawful court if the jurisdiction could not be stated. She and Jack then said they were leaving the court.
When looney Dixie Utterback says "Special Appearance" she is talking about her appearance in a "common law court". Jack Utterback and his wife were arrested after telling the judge they weren't under the jurisdiction of state courts or state government. Now let's see what witless Wishon decides to do.
Courtwatcher Wishon, while she stood watching, openly condemned the deputies for their "police state tactics".

Weidner and Patricia Wishon and Jason Wheeler followed the four deputies as they led the Utterbacks from the Courthouse to the Prineville City Jail.
Before Weidner was disbarred, arrested and thrown in the Oregon's Psychiatric Unit for the criminally insane, he was my ex-wife's divorce lawyer. He told my ex-wife and her mother to go to all the local law enforcement authorities and press charges against me for all sorts of delusional crimes. He then tried to arrest the judge, me and he threated my attorney.
From what I've learned he spent some time suing me for all sorts of things. But since I was never notified, I never knew anything about it. Crazy Roger also like to put bogus liens against all his perceived enemies, and, man, almost everybody is his enemy.
Somehow Roger managed to get a couple of my relatives, Neta Hays, and Chris Andrea Hays into his irrational, insane cult. Ever since they've acted in bizarre ways. They lie, steal, make false accusations against almost everybody, believe in weird conspiracies involving space aliens, the New World Order (which according to them is controlled by a cabal of homosexual Satanists and Jews) and just generally act like out of control hoodlums.
