I like baseball and I think that having a major league team in Portland would be great, however, I'm not sure this is the way to go about it. On the other hand, Oregon is in such a financial mess that maybe the Senate bill might help Oregon instead of making things worse.

Once the bill is finalized and ready for the governor's approval or veto, then I suppose we'll finally know what we have wrought.

Intellectual property rights and open source

The Legal Theory Blog links to a Lessig Blog post which points out that if I develop a program I have the intellectual property right to either keep it secret, license it, or give it to away for free, or give it away with some restrictions.

Somehow the World Intellectual Property Organization (WIPO) has come to the conclusion that my intellectual property rights don't include me giving away my program for free if I want to.

So in closing I would like to say to WIPO, "You've had too much. You're cut off."

I'm of the opinion that here in Oregon we should (please don't throw full beer cans at me. I don't mind the empty ones because I can alway cash them in) do away with the income tax and replace it with a sales tax and keep property taxes capped at a certain level with certain exemptions for those on a fixed income or who are disabled.

Charlie Rose had a show tonight highlighting the Matisse-Picasso exhibit

The Matisse-Picasso exhibit is one of those rare exhibits that one very rarely sees, especially in Oregon.

The exhibit is an examination of the lifelong relationship between Henri Matisse and Pablo Picasso, two of the most influential artists of the twentieth century. The exhibition traces the artistic dialogue between the two men over the course of a nearly half-century relationship that was much closer, visually and psychologically, than has previously been acknowledged.

The show itself was a rerun, but one I had not seen before. The exhibit was only shown in one place in the US and that was in February but on the show they at least showed the paintings.

All in all it was pretty interesting. I'll tell you one thing, though. Art critics sure like to jabber. I guess the secret is to tune out the jabber and just enjoy the art.

I'm not an artist or an art critic, but when I go to an art gallery I prefer not to be regaled about all the technical aspects of the art, I just want to enjoy the art.

I am a musician and when I'm play music I don't bother people explaining how each note goes here and which note is a flat, sharp, or b# flat, etc. I just play and if you like it you'll enjoy it, and if you don't you'll probably throw beer cans at me.

When I go to a restaurant, I don't want the chef coming out and explaining the technical details of the meal. I just want to eat the meal unless, of course, what the chef made was those famous pot brownies; then I'll at least want to get the recipe.

I just watched "Monk" and now I'm watching "The Peacemaker" on the USA channel. I've seen these two shows before and, man, they are entertaining. They're such strange shows.

While the real murderers were able to continue to stalk a community in Illinois, four innocent men were allowed to while away their life in prison for a crime they did not commit. And why was this allowed to happen? Because of shoddy and incompetent police work, prosecutors who didn't care about doing a good job, lazy and incompetent defense attorneys, and maybe a judge who was asleep at the wheel.

Two murderers allowed to continue doing whatever it was they were doing for years while four innocent men were in prison for a crime they did not commit.

Something's seriously wrong about that situation. Unfortunately, it's all too common across the USA.

And on the other side of Bell, on the King's bench, sits Lunch, Dick
Lancial, who the editor met in the back of a donut shop, magnificent guy,

bed in his underwear and his computer seized by Portland city police the
same moments the Feds were kicking in the door of Bell's elderly parents
in their sweet Vancouver, Washington home to seize his computer.

A document found on Bell's computer reportedly bragged about bombing the
editor's office 13 years ago.

Twelve angry men. Some quiet, reserved, others open and talkative. Some
with grievances. Some with quieter agendas.

Pastor Jeff Weakley and other associates of the twelve angry white men have been convicted of violent crimes, fraud and a host of other crimes in both state and federal courts in Oregon and Washington State. A couple of associates, Fritz Springmeier and Forrest E. Bateman, were convicted of bank robbery in 2003 in a federal court in Portland, Oregon.

For people from Hillsboro, Oregon to come over to where to I live and urge me to become more like the delusional, psycho, hate-filled, homophobic, racist Victor Oekerman clan and their associates just goes to show you that more education about lunacy, hate, and mindless bigotry is needed in Washington County, Oregon.

It seems Pastor Jeff Weakley was also involved in the formation of a criminal organization known as the Christian Patriot Association. Roger Weidner, the Victor Oekerman clan, and many others in Washington County have close ties with this criminal organization, which is on the wane today because so many of its associates have been convicted of various crimes.

Sure, I'd be glad to help.

Certainly, mainstream Christianity is the primary religious affiliation the vast majority of men and women adhere to who make up the American Militia movement. However, also raising its butt-ugly head is something called "Christian Identity", which is anything BUT Christian and the people embracing it don't know jack about their identity.

CI believers insist they are descendants of the lost tribes of Israel, and are therefore God's true "Chosen". They believe the Chosen are all lily-white, Anglo-Saxon and Germanic and they insist Jews are not descended of the biblical Israel, but are the spawn of Satan himself. People of color and especially whites who marry people of color don't have a place in Heaven, according to the CI freaks.

When it gets right down to it, CI is a religion created to justify racism and anti-Semitism. It is an ugly religion and the people who adhere to it are some of the most evil and hateful people you will ever encounter, particularly if you question their belief system with hard, indisputable facts.

The Southern Poverty Law Center and the ADL did the public a terrible disservice by classifying all these various CI groups as "Militias". In truth, they are skin-head/Aryan Nations/Neo-Nazi freaks, and the only thing a true citizen's militia will probably ever have in common with them will be a gunfight. One cannot support and defend the Constitution of the United States, and at the same time embrace racist or anti-Semitic sentiments. The two belief systems are in enmity with one another.

Nevertheless, CI is making tremendous strides among the disaffected in society who are looking for a scapegoat, and their numbers are growing alarmingly.

Further, CI adherents are quite literally the most dangerous people we have living among us here in America. Timothy McVeigh and Terry Nichols were CI.

The members of the so-called "Order" who murdered Alan Berg, the Jewish radio talk show host in Denver, were CI. That freak, Buford Furrow, who attacked the Jewish Community Center in Los Angeles and then walked outside and killed a postal worker for no better reason than he wasn't white? Yep, he was CI too.

So the first challenge you'll face in this research is to determine if the people you are interviewing are actually true militia members or CI freaks labeled a militia by that con man Morris Dees of the SPLC.

All due respect, CJ, lots of folks think sales taxes are regressive. I'm thinking that's wrong.

The fact of the matter is, po' folks consume lots less than rich folks - that's one of the reasons rich folks are despised by a lot of people, right? It's not just a function of amount consumed, either - it's also $$. I remember in grad school reading an analysis of grocery sales taxes, which was assumed to be a "particularly regressive" sales tax. However, the study actually highlighted something that's so intuitive, we never even consider it - richies buy lobster, folks like me buy bologna. We both eat, but the feller with the seafood's paying a lot more into the public coffers.

It's the same down the line - his Jaguar v. my Ford, his Armani v. my Men's Wearhouse special, etc., etc.

Oh no!!!!!!Sleazy Roger Weidner is now trying to use a highly decorated veteran to rip off Washington Mutual Bank

It looks like sleazy Roger Weidner and his sleazy white supremacist gang are using a highly decorated veteran, Marine Colonel Kenneth L. Reusser, to rip off Washington Mutual Bank.

First a little background: Roger and his gang target a victim who is usually elderly or disabled. Then the gang will con the victim into taking out a mortgage on the victim's property. Then Roger and the gang will con the victim out of all or most of the money. This causes the victim to be unable to pay the mortgage. The result is that the property is subject to foreclosure. Many times Roger and the gang will tell the victim that if the victims transfers ownership of the property to Roger and the gang, then Roger and the gang will keep the property from being foreclosed on. It looks like Colonel Reusser was a victim of all or part of the scam.

COMBAT HERO SUFFERS $83,000 LOSS

A fifty-nine year old Beaverton Bookkeeper has been arrested in connection with stealing $83,000 from a senior couple forcing them to lose their home and causing virtual financial ruin.

Robert Edwin Thomas living at 12655 SW Cleveland Bay Lane in Beaverton was lodged at the Washington County Jail in lieu of $130,000 bail Thursday.

Thomas was charged by a Grand Jury with (1) count of Burglary 1, (1) count Theft 1, (5) counts of Forgery 1, and (4) counts of Aggravated Theft 1.

Between 1999 and 2002 Thomas was responsible for handling the finances of Kenneth and Gertrude Reusser. During that time he is alleged to have stolen checks and forged documents directing funds beyond his legitimate pay into a personal account. When Thomas became aware that the Reussers suspected something was wrong, he entered the Reusser home without legitimate permission and mishandled the computer and took documents.

Kenneth Reusser, the most highly decorated Marine aviator in the state of Oregon, and veteran of three wars, has flown 213 combat missions and he received 49 decorations and awards.

His personal decorations include: Two Navy Crosses, Legion of Merit with combat “V”, Distinguished Flying Cross with four gold stars, Bronze Star with Combat “V”, Air Medal with 18 gold stars, and the Purple Heart with four gold stars.

Colonel Reusser was shot down twice before his retirement from the military in 1968 when he took a job with Lockheed. As devastating as the loss is Mr. Reusser wants to publicize the incident so others will not become victims.

I believe in anyone bothered to dissect the many schemes the deceased Thomas Huffman was involved in, you will find that in many situations Thomas Huffman was one of the players in more than a few of Roger's nefarious schemes.

But you know what? Roger and his gang couldn't have gotten away with all their crimes for all these years unless........unless....unless they had a cop in a high place who was part of the gang.

The story below tells you what that sleazeball Roger and his gang tried in a Washington County, Oregon courthouse. Fortunately, Judge Michael J. McElligott was on his toes and didn't let Roger and the gang get away with anything.

Because you know and I know if the Colonel had gotten any money at all, Roger and his gang would have walked away with it all and the Colonel would be left holding an empty bag.

REUSSERS - IS THIS JUSTICE?

Some readers may remember a story in this and other newspapers last November about Marine Colonel (Ret.) Kenneth Reusser and his wife, Trudy. It was about the Reussers having been robbed by a crooked bookkeeper, Robert E. Thomas, for about $87,000. Washington Mutual Bank actually made the thefts easy through gross negligence. The crooked bookkeeper is now in jail.

For those who may have missed it, Colonel Reusser is a Marine, who fought for our freedoms in three different wars. He is one of the most decorated war heroes in Oregon. He earned forty-nine medals and ribbons in the process, including: two of our nation's second highest award, the Navy Cross, plus 4 Purple Hearts, Legion of Merit w/combat "V", 2 Bronze Stars w/combat "V", 4 Distinguished Flying Crosses, and an incredible 18 Air Medals. As an aviator, during his combat career he was brought down by enemy action five times and suffered life-threatening injuries. He is now 83 years old.

Because the Bank improperly processed forged, and even unsigned, checks against their account, the Reussers filed a claim against Washington Mutual. The claim was denied outright, for a concocted reason, and the Reussers were forced to sue the Bank for gross negligence and breach of contract, in the Oregon Circuit Court, Washington County.

The Reussers' were unable to afford an attorney, except for filing the original summons and lawsuit. Although each had been "awarded" a 100% disability, they had to represent themselves before the Court. Does this cause the reader to think in terms of David and Goliath?

At this stage of their attempt to gain justice the Reusser's were certain that Washington Mutual was relying solely on intimidation tactics, and because the Bank's attorney was expecting the Reussers' case to collapse, he ignored the lawsuit and the Court.

On the law suit papers the Reussers filed with the Court, was a quote from Oregon law, ORPC Rule 69 which reads, "NOTICE TO THE DEFENDANT: READ THESE PAPERS CAREFULLY! You must 'appear' in this case or the other side will win automatically." The statute then restates that the Defendant must respond within 30 days or the plaintiff will prevail automatically. The Bank did not respond to the Court. The Bank was in Default. I think that this was the first "mistake" in judgment and ethics in this case by the Bank's attorney, James Laurick, of Kilmer, Voorhees and Laurick.

In spite of their disabilities, personal distress and severe pain, Ken and Trudy met all the legal requirements for their documents in a timely manner.

Judge Gail Nachtigal signed the Default Judgment, exactly according to the law. The Supreme Court of Oregon ruled that, under these conditions, a Default Judgment is just as fair a resolution to a legal matter as any other kind of court decision. However, Judge Michael J. McElligott overturned that Default Judgment, citing that the Bank should have been given another warning that the Reussers would ask for a Default Judgment. That is not what the law states.

What has been historically the banks'
responsibility for "ordinary care" and "good faith"
to protect our money, has now been changed
so that it means "no care" and "no faith"
on the part of the banks.

Of course, the Reussers contested Judge McElligott's ruling during a subsequent hearing in January of this year. They were summarily dismissed. This travesty of justice by Judge McElligott and the Bank was extremely alarming to the observers in the Court room. Once court convened for this David and Goliath battle, rather than declaring the default judgment against the bank per the law, Judge McElligott accepted the lawyer's alleged dishonest excuse as to why he had not filed in the time required by law. If the Reussers had defaulted with the same kind of alleged dishonest excuse, just how do you think that would have been decided? By the way, the Bank's dishonesty was proven.

However, as ugly as this experience was in January, Monday July 7th and Tuesday the 8th produced even greater surprises and alarm over the "state" of our country's judicial system. Everyone present realized that important rights were being trampled upon - - for everyone.

On Monday the 7th, 2003, Judge McElligott called the Reussers and the bank's attorney before the Court, as he had scheduled. There were more than 30 supporters, as observers and witnesses for the Reussers from several states. Included were veterans, including State Senate Candidate Jesse Lott, several political activists, and former Candidate for Governor, Roger Weidner.

At this hearing, Ken and Trudy Reusser moved to the plaintiff's table, ready to present their side. However, nobody showed up at the table for the Defendant!

Once again, Washington Mutual Bank, and their attorney, Mr. Laurick, were blatantly in default. But instead of declaring for the plaintiff, as a normal conclusion in enforcing ORPC Rule 69, Judge McElligott told his court recorder to call Mr. Laurick's office and ask why he wasn't there. She did so in open Court. "Shocked" is hardly a strong enough word to describe the reaction of the observers. This was counter to anything they had ever learned about how a Judge should act in accordance with his Oath to uphold and defend the Constitution of the United States and the Constitution of Oregon.

Still, they were even more shocked when they heard the Judge tell the clerk to inform the attorney, Mr. Laurick, that he needed to be in court the following day, before normal court hours, and he'd best come prepared to argue against the Reusser's case. He instructed the absent attorney, over the phone, to be ready to argue against an Oregon Court of Appeals ruling in "the Medford Irrigation v. Western Bank" case. Is that litigating from the bench? So, instead of ruling on the Bank's failure to be present and responsive, again, Judge McElligott accepted a lame excuse from the Bank, even over the phone in a third-party conversation.

As Ken Reusser stood to leave the courtroom, he complained to the judge about the unfairness of the judge's action. Judge McElligott abruptly said: "that will be two days in jail for contempt," to the 83 year old Reusser. All the supporters were stunned and stood silent as the confrontation between Reusser and the judge continued. Reusser looking directly at the judge said in a challenging voice: "yes why don't you put me in jail"? The judge shot back: "that will be five, no six, days in jail!" The judge then told Reusser to sit down, that he was under arrest. Instead Reusser ignored the judge and he, surrounded by his loyal supporters, left the courtroom. McElligott did nothing to stop him.

Tuesday morning, July 8th, the unethically advised lawyer was in Court, and just as unethically argued in accordance with Judge McElligott's instructions. After this, the Judge ignored any and all further evidence the Reussers introduced against the Defendant. And the evidence included exposing lies on the part of the Bank. The Judge, of course, then proceeded to rule in favor of Washington Mutual in the case.

Col. Reusser quoted from the US Constitution which states in Amendment VII, "In suits at common law, where the value in controversy shall exceed twenty dollars, the right of trial by jury shall be preserved, and no fact tried by a jury shall be otherwise re-examined in any Court of the United States, than according to the rules of the common law." There is nothing that has been changed in this Amendment since the Constitution was written.

But the Judge ignored this also and denied the Reussers a trial by jury and they are absolutely entitled to it. And they needed it. Now, it appears that their battle is finally and completely lost, in Oregon.

In effect, Judge McElligott's ruling was that the Bank has no responsibility in detecting forged and unsigned checks. Do you know that all major banks use "batch processing" which means that they automatically pay all checks under $5,000? The banks have managed to get the Oregon legislature to pass statutes that place all the responsibility for detecting and reporting problems after the Bank has paid forged and unsigned checks against all (yours and mine) checking accounts on the injured party.

That is the main reason why juries are so important. They are the only body that has the power and responsibility to rule against unfair statutes. The right of trial by jury is our most important and basic right. It was intended by the founders of this country to protect us all from bad statutes and to preserve all of our other constitutional rights. If we do not fight for these rights now, our children and grandchildren will never see them.

If someone forged a check for $5,000 against your elderly mother's checking account, and the bank has paid it, and all her checks with which she paid her bills are returned, she is the only one who is held responsible - - according to the statutes. So, what if your mother is ill and unable to keep up with her banking? If she does not file claim against the bank within 30 days of the date of the bank statement, the bank denies all responsibility. A person at AARP has stated that there are many millions of parents, grandparents, disabled folks, etc. who are at risk.

The jury that could have ruled against such unfair laws was denied to the Reussers and their constitutional rights were trampled. All of our rights were trampled.

At least three times this Judge failed to follow the basic constitutional laws that should have declared the Reussers the winners in this case or at least a trial by jury.

When your disabled mother, or anyone else, needs to hire someone to help with paying her bills and balancing her checking account, the law also provides that she has a right, within reason, to expect such a person to be honest. She should not have to, and most often cannot, hire a second person to check on the work of the first person she hired.

As far as the Reussers' case is concerned, were the observers completely wrong? Is it "malfeasance in office" on the part of the Judge? Universally, the observers expressed disbelief at the Judge's lack of enforcing the Constitutional rights of David, the little guy, against the Bank, Goliath.

A common thread running throughout the expressed opinions of these observers was a contention the Judge just had to be favoring Washington Mutual, and that some agreement had to be in place between them. Were they correct, or was this an emotional response based on their lack of understanding the law? Whichever, that is the common perception of the thirty observers in this case.

In addition, the Bank was guilty of multiple, serious misrepresentations. That is, they came into the Court with "dirty hands". The Judge ignored this fact, also. The law provides that the Bank's behavior constitutes fraud and that fraud negates any rights they may otherwise have had in this Court case. Think about it. Based on this example, lying in Court and to the Court would be the best defense.

Your present correspondent is not a lawyer, but my impression has always been that our Court system is supposed to impose fairness, to level the playing field for the "little-guy". This sort of fairness was completely lacking in these proceedings on three different occasions.

At the end of this hearing on July 8th, the Reussers found it necessary to request of the Judge an opinion on an item needing clarification. At this time the Judge, who had been more than willing to give substantial legal advice to the attorney for the Bank, told the Reussers that he could not give them an answer, they would have to ask a lawyer. I ask again, the not-so-rhetorical question, "Is This Justice?

Post Script

The Reussers have now been advised by numerous attorneys and legal researchers that, in Oregon, they cannot win in a fight against the banks. The banks have rammed their statutes through the Legislature here and the Judge in this case has ruled that these statutes are "superior" to the Constitutions of the US and Oregon.

In addition, Washington Mutual Bank has bought the mortgage company which held the mortgage on the Reussers' home. Due to the missing funds, the Reussers cannot keep up their payments, and the Bank is threatening Foreclosure and has blocked their attempts to sell the home.

This Colonel does not intend to keep fighting a losing battle in Oregon. However, this issue is of vital importance to all persons and businesses that have checking accounts in this country. It should be taken to the United States Supreme Court.

Roger told how his mother, weighing less than l00 pounds, had repeatedly intimidated corrupt attorneys and judges by openly confronting them about their corruption in the courtroom. Roger related one incident in l992 where he was being violently arrested, and choked to the ground, for trying to speak in court that his mother attempted to kick one of the arresting guards while her arms were being held behind her back by Deputy Multnomah County Sheriff Rita Berman. In another incident he related that in l994 his mother chased former Chief Justice of the Oregon Supreme Court, Ed Petersen, out of the Multnomah County Courthouse after he ordered the arrest of Roger for insisting on speaking in court on the record.

My own mother, Neta Hays, over the years has helped a crazy ex-wife and her mother stalk me and even helped them break into my various apartments, so I guess we can say my mother (who is also a grandmother) is a stalker.

A couple of days later my psycho ex-mother-in-law from hell sent over one of her crazy friends to find out why I was at "Nonna Emilia's". (I didn't find out until later that the woman who came over to ask me why I was at Nonna Emilia's was a friend of the psycho ex-mother-in-law from hell.)

Anyway, this crazy friend of the psycho ex-mother-in-law from hell wanted to know if I had gone to Nonna Emilia's to pick up "hussies". No kidding, "hussies" was the word that the crazy old bat friend of the psycho ex-mother-in-law from hell used. Man, I'm telling you.....these crazy old bats talk funny when they're perturbed and they're perturbed almost all the time.

Even though it was none of her business, I replied that I had gone to Nonna Emilia's to... like..... eat... and since I'm not married to the psycho ex-wife with the psycho mother from hell, if I wanted to go out with "hussies" then that was my business and not theirs. (Y'know, to tell you the truth, I don't think I've ever gone out with a "hussie". It might be fun.)

The friend of the psycho ex-mother-in-law from hell left and she has only came back a couple of times to tell me what a lowlife I am, how I'm evil, and how I'm genetically inferior to all those superior white Aryans.

Roger Weidner's mindless minions are trying to convince me that Roger's brother invented the internet

On an earlier post I showed how psycho Roger Weidner and his gang tried to rip off Bruce Bastian, Alan Ashton, Word-Perfect, Eyring Research and Novell by claiming that Bruce Bastian, Alan Ashton, Word-Perfect, Eyring Research or Novell stole from Roger's brother the technology that allows the internet to function.

As usual, the mindless minions are accusing me of being a homosexual, too stupid to realize Roger and his family invented the internet, screaming when I'm not, being angry when I'm not, a wife beater, a child molester, a drug addict, addicted to gambling (none of the preceding accusations are true); you know, the usual false accusations.

Roger and his gang were looking for a million dollar payday by claiming that Bruce Bastian, Alan Ashton, Word-Perfect, Eyring Research and Novell had illegally appropriated technology from Roger's brother but, apparently, an honest judge and an attorney who wasn't asleep at the wheel kept the targeted victims from getting ripped off by crazy Roger's homophobic, white supremacist gang.

Me: Have you ever seen my son?

In a conversation held afterward on she says that Faye only dropped off my son a couple of times so my parents could babysit my son.

Update: Earlier in the years I called my father and told him that the FBI had busted some members of the Roger Weidner gang. I just wanted to see what the gang's reaction was. Well, I've certainly received their reaction. They sent some people over to demand I tell them what information I gave the FBI about the gang. Ha ha. I haven't talked to the FBI and I didn't give the FBI any information about the gang. When I get new information I post it on my website for the whole world to see. What psychopaths do

One of the things that psycho, homophobic, white supremacist Roger Weidner likes to do is deliberately tell some of his followers to do things that Roger knows will get his followers in trouble. Roger's mental illness causes him to take joy even in hurting his so-called friends.

Once a man or woman is in Roger's mindless cult, every effort is made to convince the respective spouses to join the cult and take orders from the cult. If the spouse refuses to joing the cult, the man or woman are ordered to divorce the spouse but make every effort to keep the children (if there are any) by accusing the spouse of being crazy, a child molester, a child beater, a drug addict, an alcoholic, etc.

It is extremely important for the cult to get as many children as possible because the children are not viewed as individuals, but future warriors in the cause to make America a land similar to the one that the Nazis created in Germany in the early part of the 20th century.

The cult starts calling the spouse not in the cult by different names, such as; molester, psycho, alky. The cult also demonized the spouse not in the cult by accusing the spouse not in the cult not only of various crimes, but silly little things like; throwing food or other things at the wall, burning food when cooking, making a mess when in reality there is no mess, etc.

For many years the cult has engaged in the practice (I know because it was done to me) of breaking into the residence of the spouse not in the cult and putting in surveillance equipment. The cult also does this to the houses of cops, prosecutors, and judges.

Another example I can use is from my own relatives. My sister, Chris Andrea Hays, has a son by the name of Alex. From his birth he has been taught the teachings and delusions of the mindless Roger Weidner/Victor Oekerman gang. Now Alex is so brainwashed that he's filled with mindless hate and rage and his view of the world is so messed up that his frame of reference is way different than your normal, well adjusted person. His "reality" has almost nothing to do with the real world.

The cult has been doing this to my own two daughters with the help of a couple of my relatives. I'm hoping that I can eventually deprogram my two daughters, but you never know. I'll give it a try anyway.

I'm also trying to get my mother, Neta Hays, and my sister, Chris Andrea Hays to realize that the Roger Weidner/Victor Oekerman gang is crazy, just plain wrong, mentally ill, and an insult to every person who has served their country in the Armed Forces. It's especially insulting to those who served during WW II.

So far, though, I haven't had much success. My relatives have withdrawn so much from society that now they've limited any social kind of social contact to just a few members of the gang.

Update: Roger and the Victor Oekerman clan recently sent a guy named Bob to tell me to move out of state. They actually want me to move to somewhere in Arizona.

Apparently Bob had been following me around because he told me this in a hamburger place in Beaverton, Oregon.

I quit going to Hillsboro, Oregon, (one of the gang's strongholds) because almost every time I went there somebody, usually two guys but sometimes one or three, would follow me around and threaten me and harrass me mindlessly.

They would also call me all sorts of names. One of their favorite names was ****** lover (I've had a few black girlfriends) or Jew lover (I was married to a Jewish woman once) or something similar. Man, I'm telling you, these people in the Roger Weidner gang are crazy. They are also violent.

Update on Kaiser Permanente's medical test for homosexuality

Some years back when I went to a Kaiser Permanente hospital in Portland, Oregon, for an injury I was also secretly given a medical exam to see if I was a homosexual. (I'm not.) The test was secretly arranged by a moron with the name of Kim Andersen with the illegal and unethical help of a Kaiser Permanente doctor.

I haven't heard lately about whether or not Kaiser Permanente's doctors are still doing this brilliant, revolutionary test or even whether or not this brilliant, revolutionary medical exam has been patented.

Then again, maybe a course in ethics would help or maybe psychological testing for physicians might help.

But let's not tell Dr. Ron Turco because that might interfere with his efforts to gain even more followers.

Hmmmmm, Dr. Ron and crazy Roger Weidner were once a detective and a prosecutor respectively. Maybe it was something in the water at their respective places of employment that has caused them to............

Update: I have been informed that back when Dr. Ron Turco gave me his bogus tests, many psychiatrists believed that homosexuality was an extreme mental illness......AND......also believed in the International Satanic Ritual Abuse Conspiracy.

While I have had friends that were gay and lesbian, I myself never wanted to try anything new. I was and have always been a mostly monogamous heterosexual. But I never put my gay or lesbian friends down for their sexual orientation. I just explained that it was not my thing. I mean I've had friends that actually like opera, but it was never my thing and when they wanted to go listen to opera they did, without the benefit of my presence.

We know that the crazy Roger Weidner/Victor Oekerman gang has spent years trying to convince my daughters and many others that I molested them and did Satanic ritual abuse on them when they were young and this brings up the possibility that Dr. Ron Turco was one of the gang's allies in this sleazy endeavor. By the the way I never molested my two daughters and I've never engaged in Satanic rituals or corpse-eating or any of the other nonsense I've been accused of.

Maybe, just maybe, Dr. Ron Turco knows who assaulted a woman in the late 1980's.

Maybe Dr. Ron Turco even knows who murdered Lorenzo Okaruru. Is it possible that Dr. Ron Turco has a fear and hatred of homosexuals or transvestites? Is it possible Dr. Ron Turco has a secret association with the Roger Weidner gang? Maybe the FBI should check this out.

After all, Dr. Dan Romaine Kirkham (a doctor and a lawyer) with ties to the Roger Weidner gang was convicted in federal court in 2002 of crimes that many of Rogers's buddies were convicted of. The following is an excerpt of some of the shenanigans pulled by associates of the Roger Weidner/Victor oekerman gang:

Mosman announced today that a federal jury in Portland, Oregon, convicted six defendants, Richard George Flowers, Dorothy Lenore Flowers, Jeffrey Allen Weakley, John David Anderson, Ronald William Stacey, and Dan Romaine Kirkham, of conspiracy to defraud the Internal Revenue Service (IRS). All defendants were associated with the Christian Patriot Association, a warehouse bank located in Boring, Oregon, which provided anonymous banking for 900 members nationwide. According to proof at trial. this warehouse bank was operated for the purpose of impeding and impairing the Internal Revenue Service and bad deposits totaling $186 million during the 14-year span of the conspiracy. The jury also found Richard George Flowers guilty of failure to file federal income tax returns for 1995 and 1996 and found Anderson, Ronald and Elecia Stacey, and Dan Romaine Kirkham guilty of tax evasion.

[2] The indictment alleged a conspiracy that involved a nationwide web of financial transactions from March 1986 until July 2000. The scheme was designed to enable members to conduct banking transactions anonymously by using numbered accounts that were come singled in a single comercial bank account.

Who forged my signatures to some false, bizarre confessions?

As many people know, when I went into the US Navy in 1980 the homophobic, psycho, white supremacist Roger Weidner/Victor Oekerman gang rushed to some really stupid Navy JAG officers and told them that since I hadn't got my divorce from my psycho, white supremacist ex-wife in a "vigilante common law" court I wasn't really divorced and that I lied to Navy officials when I told them I was divorced.

I actually got the divorce in Judge Lennon's Multnomah County, Oregon court but the psycho, homophobic, white supremacist Roger Weidner/Victor Oekerman gang doesn't accept the authority of state or federal courts or even the US government.

The Weidner/Oekerman gang told these really stupid Navy JAG officers that I was still married to the psycho, white supremacist ex-wife, that I lied to get into the Navy, that I was a homosexual Satanic ritualist who murdered mass quantities of pet and babies, and other nonsense.

Guess what?

The really stupid Navy JAG officers believed the gang, put the psycho ex-wife in Navy quarters, gave her money, and helped her and the gang hide my young infant son that was born in 1980 after the psycho ex-wife (and accomplices) had tried to kill me on numerous occasions.

The stupid Navy JAG officers, with great haste and no brains, decided I had to be brought to justice and so they spent four years trying to frame provoke me into committing crimes, having a Navy snitch (Cathy Winters) start a relationship with me, etc.

However, I served my enlistment, got out with an honorable discharge, and went to work for the Postal Service in Portland, Oregon.

Sometime after I went to work for the Post Office, some bizarre and false confessions with my forged signature began to surface in Washington County, Oregon. Also, at this time the Navy JAG officers were still helping the psycho, racist Weidner/Oekerman gang hide my son. These really stupid Navy JAG officers were also helping the gang commit a bunch of other crimes against the citizens of Oregon.
