I'm watching Gov Ventura and Sir Charles on MSNBC. I admire both of those guys. I disagree with them about Iraq, though. I think we should have gone into Iraq and I hope we finish the job.
Lately we've been having storms and extremely windy weather. The house where I live has people who are constantly planting new plants and flowers. We plant everything from tulips to cactus and all colorful flowers in between, including various varieties of roses.
Because of the recent storms and wind the plants and flowers, especially the hanging plants, have become crap. It seems like all there is is mud, mud, more mud and some leaves. I suppose when spring rolls around it's back to the gardener's shop.
It's incredible to me that some of my readers care about my bathroom situation, so I'm going to post what it was that happened. The foundation for the bathroom was rotted. The wood, including the beams that made up the foundation, were replaced with new wood and new beams. Some of the pipes that were corroded were completely replaced with new pipes. The floor was completely rebuilt as were the ceiling and the walls. A brand new shower was put in.
The last thing that needed to be done was the laying down of the linoleum and then the toilet would be connected to the plumbing and then we could use the bathroom.
I like college football and college basketball and professional baseball. Here in Portand we have had, on occasions, a minor league professional baseball team that was, in its various incarnations, pretty exciting to watch in person.
Even though the professional baseball teams here in Portland were just a stepping stone for many of the players to get to the big leagues, it was still a lot of fun for me to pay a few bucks to get into the stadium, buy a few beers and scream at the ump. You have to scream at the ump because it's an American tradition.
When I lived in LA we had Tommy Lasorda and the boys in blue. They actually won a few World Series.
I watched this year's World Series. I was rooting for the Yankees just because if you can't root for the Dodgers or the Red Sox or the Cubs, then you might as well root for the Yankees. As much as I hate to say this, Florida deserved to win. They played better and had better pitching and hitting. All in all, I thought it was a pretty good series.

An ex-wife I divorced in 1980 and who is in the cult was brought up believing it was ok to punch and kick people. She punched and kicked lots of people, though most of the people she punched and kicked were females she thought were sneaking around with whichever boyfriend she thought she had at any particular time.
After my ex-wife latched on to me she punched and kicked me when I wouldn't do what she ordered or when she thought I was cheating on her, and she thought I was cheating on her most of the time. She also punched and kicked a couple of women she thought I was sneaking around with. A couple of times when she punched me in the face she broke my glasses so I started to buy glasses with plastic frames.
Her crazy mother also punched and kicked people.
I've recently found out that after the divorce the ex-wife jumped on the bandwagon of domestic violence. She was actually able to convince some of the stupidest people on the planet that she was a victim of domestic violence. I notice she didn't convince a couple of Tucson, Arizona cops or Portland, Oregon cops who investigated her for drugs and other felonies. The truth of the matter is and was she was the cause of the domestic violence, not the victim. She also tried to run me over with our vehicle a couple of times.
When the ex-wife crawled up on the bandwagon of domestic violence she found herself with a lot of sympathizers. I understand many of the sympathizers quit hanging around her because of her violent nature.
New info indicates that it was the ex-wife and certain members of the cult who are responsible for the assault on a woman.

There has been much public snickering about David Gest's $10-million lawsuit against his estranged wife, Liza Minnelli, in which he claims she beat him. Whether the suit is rooted in truth or in greed, its existence opens the door for a public discussion about our society's disquieting and pervasive problem of abusive women. Most people's first reaction to the term "abusive women" is disbelief. Who would believe the so-called weaker sex can be as guilty of abuse as men can be? But consider these facts: In a 1975 national survey, researchers Richard Gelles and Murray Straus found that nearly equal numbers of husbands and wives committed violent acts against each other. These findings were confirmed 10 years later and in more than 100 additional studies. So, women have a long-established record as abusers.What clearly emerges from these studies is that abusive women get away with their sins. Abused husbands either refuse to admit they are abused — and why should they, considering the scorn heaped upon Gest? — or, in a chronic state of fear or denial, refuse to recognize or even understand that they are being abused.
A striking feature of women's violence is that it can be both physical and emotional. Suzanne Steinmetz, now a sociology professor at Indiana University, called "husband beating" the most unreported crime in the United States. According to a 1997 study of New Zealand young adults, women admitted committing severe physical aggression at three times the rate of men. Kicking and hitting with an object were typical examples of severe physical violence inflicted by women.
Emotional antagonism
Violence researcher Victoria Burbank found that women also are guilty of emotional abuse, such as locking a partner out of the house or belittling him. Those who are quick to minimize emotional abuse should know that these tactics have been found to predict physical aggression in marriage. In other words, a woman's emotional abuse can be a catalyst for a physical reaction from her partner.
The fact is that taking Gest's accusations seriously challenges our core assumption that women always are victims. In another recent high profile case, actor Christian Slater received several stitches to the back of his head after being struck with a drinking glass. According to news reports, Slater initially told the police that his wife threw the glass at him. Later, after learning about Nevada's strict domestic violence laws, he changed his story and said the glass accidentally slipped out of her hand while they were joking around.
Not as simple as it may look
The picture of a violent couple is always complicated. Although it is important to note that men tend to harm women at greater rates, what's most often occurring is a nuanced, even imperceptible dynamic between a man and woman in which they provoke each other. Minnelli's divorce papers, which were filed one day after Gest's lawsuit, claimed "cruel and unusual treatment." Five years ago, Christian Slater served 90 days in jail for slugging a girlfriend.
Sorting out exactly who is doing what to whom is a matter for a Solomon to decide. But until the American public recognizes and begins to grapple with this interwoven dynamic, the true causes of intimate abuse never will be understood nor its sad consequences adequately addressed.
Beliefs about men's and women's violence are so sacred and arouse such strong feelings that the thought of questioning them can sometimes evoke violence. After Steinmetz published her groundbreaking book, The Battered Husband Syndrome, in 1978, she was not only derided and denounced, but her children's lives also were threatened.
We must begin to revise our views on men's and women's violence, especially as it relates to the insights that a great body of research already reveals. Failing to do so will compromise all victims, men and women alike, in their efforts to gain the peace and justice that they deserve.
And lastly, perhaps it is time to stop snickering over David Gest's dilemma and begin to appreciate the sadness and complexities of his situation.

It's still a mystery to me why some of my relatives (John McClelland Hays, Neta Hays and Chris Andrea Hays) would want to be members of a Neo-Nazi group. It's still a mystery to me how Neo-Nazis got a Navy JAG officer to forge my signature to some fraudulent documents. It's still a mystery to me how Neo-Nazis got Dr. Ron Turco to do a false diagnosis.
Again, I will repeat I have a great admiration for Senator Gordon Smith. This is not to say he's perfect. He's not. He's as human as you or I am, but, he always tries to do his best and I believe he's basically one of the most honest people on this planet.

It has been brought to my myopic attention that when the federal government reduces taxes, state and local governments increase taxes so there is "Much Ado About Nothing". Hopefully, though, "All's Well That Ends Well".

Can it honestly be said failure was due to a corrupt judicial system? Or can it be said that fine points of law were missed? And that judges being human beings retaliate to name calling and threats and intimidation from what appears to them to be vigilantes? The Oregon Bar doesn’t seem to care what Roger does. Why is that? Because they see him as inconsequential? Or is it because he prevents Oregon Judicial Watch from being well accepted and a moving force for constructive change?

SEATTLE (AP) -- Supporters of seven defendants on trial in U.S. District Court in an anti-government conspiracy case have filed a $ 1.76 billion lien against Judge John C. Coughenour and five federal prosecutors.
The document was filed Tuesday in federal court by Hartford VanDyke Jr. of Battle Ground on behalf of the National Association for Commercial Accountability, which has a Lynnwood address, and on behalf of nine people who were charged in the alleged conspiracy against the government.
U.S. Attorney Harry McCarthy, head of the federal criminal division here, said similar papers have been filed against the government before.
"To my knowledge, none of them has ever been sustained," he told The Bellingham Herald. "We have a process here with respect to those sorts of filings and get those fairly easily dismissed."
Two of the nine already have pleaded guilty. A U.S. District Court jury is deliberating the charges against the others who are members of or have ties to the Washington State Militia and Freemen.
The papers name VanDyke, Carl Roman Iverson of Sultan and Ross Tylor of Mill Creek as the association's agents.
McCarthy said VanDyke, Iverson and Tylor have no legal standing because they're not parties to the criminal case.
"There's nothing for the court to consider," he said.
The eight-page document seeks, in part, to remove the criminal case from federal court and turn it over to the state.
VanDyke accused the judge and the prosecutors of conspiring to overthrow the state and U.S. governments, defrauding the nine defendants of their rights and kidnapping them into federal jurisdiction.
Both Iverson and Tylor filed liens against property owned by Chelan County Sheriff Dan Breda and other Eastern Washington officials involved in the prosecution of a Wenatchee man who claimed he didn't have to have a driver's license. Chelan and Douglas county officials went to court and had the liens declared illegal.
In 1994, Tylor filed a lien against a Snohomish County Superior Court judge who handled a civil case against him. Another judge ruled the lien was filed with malicious intent.
In July, Iverson and two other men filed numerous court papers in Monroe stemming from Iverson's arrest on charges of driving without a driver's license and having no liability insurance. The documents originated from a tribunal described as "our one supreme court" in Justus Township in King County.
Iverson has a history of running afoul of police in Snohomish and King counties because he claims that driving is a right, not a privilege, so police have no authority to arrest him.
In a separate court action, Gene and Mary Goosman of Seattle filed a motion and affidavit against Coughenour demanding that he "obey his oath of office" in presiding over the conspiracy trial.
The Goosmans, who have attended most of the federal trial, accused Coughenour and Assistant U.S. Attorney Susan Dohrmann, the lead prosecutor, of violating their oaths and tampering with evidence.
The Goosmans are unhappy that the judge refused to allow the jury to see a pamphlet called the "Citizens Rule Book." The book includes a claim that jury tampering is acceptable, and it encourages jurors to nullify laws they believe are bad by acquitting defendants. It also says jurors don't have to obey any judge or attorney.
What would cause members of the cult to want to stalk a federal judge and federal prosecutors, other than the fact members of the cult are crazy.

There is a national emergency that has come up and I'd like to address it to you in the hope that you may take an interest as part of a radio show. Hartford VanDyke (HVD), President of the National Association for Commercial Accountability has been on trial for 7 days in Federal Court in Portland, Oregon. Judge Robert E. Jones stated at the end of the trial that Commercial Law is "Polluting the Economy." The trial was instigated by the Federal Reserve and possibly including the Treasury Dept.
To attrack your attention I'm going to give you the following list off of an "Affidavit of Prejudice" which witnesses who attended the 7 day trial filled out noting the Judge's violations of Hartford's Constitutional rights. O.K. here goes:
The Judge:
-Forbids defendant to speak; allows only his attorney to speak (HVD did not use an attorney).
-Ignored defendant's challenge to Court's jurisdiction.
-Allowed an insufficient or defective indictment to stand.
-Disregarded defendant's challenge of the indictment.
-Argues with defendant in place of plaintiff.
-Interrupts defendant when defendant is speaking.
-Gives plaintiff more freedom to speak that defendant.
-Forbids allies of defendant to speak.
-Refuses to allow defendant to question the plaintiff.
-Overrules objections of defendant, but sustains plaintiff's objections.
-Tries to steer the discussion in a direction favorable to plaintiff.
-Suppresses discussion of relevant issues.
-Encourages discussion of irrelevant issues.
-Allows emotion more leeway than pure fact of law.
-Makes the jury leave the courtroom while arguments favorable to defendant are discussed.
-Instructs jury to judge only the facts, not the law.
-Tells the jury only those items of law that favor the plaintiff.
-Fails to tell the jury items of law that favor the defendant.
-Violation of Court Rules and Fair Trial by exclusion of evidence.
-Violation of Antitrust Acts; Plaintiffs's Attorneys and Judge are members of Bar Association.
-Does not allow defendant to define words that will help witnesses to answer questions.
-Denial of witnesses.
-Stacked the jury by eliminating jurors knowledgeable about Government corruption. At the end of the trial Hartford and John Nolan, who was a codefendant, were ordered by Judge Jones to be detained for psychological evaluations.I was told that the judge will not do sentencing for 2 months from now which leads me to believe (and has happened to many patriots before) they will keep Hartford and John in a Mental facility shooting them full of drugs, etc. for 2 months.
They moved and separated both Hartford and John on Friday, December 13th, 2002. No one, so far will tell us where Hartford is.
The Feds want Americans to stop using Commercial Law aka Contract Law. It is the law our Country was founded on, and even the Bible speaks to it. So how do they expect Commerce to continue around the globe without the use of Commercial Law?Hartford's been teaching and practicing Commercial Law for 30+ years.
Also Judge Jones was the one who conducted the voir dire of the jurors and he made sure that none of the jurors picked had ever had ANY difficulties of any kind with any government agency, especially the IRS.
Hartford is a sovereign American states citizen. If we don't get him out, or at least draw a lot of attention to this matter; Hartford's a dead man. The government, especially the Feds have tried in the past to take him down, but this time the Feds will be putting him in a mental institution for an indefinite period of time where they will be injecting him with all sorts of drugs. Hartford is now 60 years old. He will be doing a fast; he will not eat their food or drink their water. He's been threatened too many times and he's done nothing illegal.
Now here is what I hope you can help me with: Because Hartford's life is in serious jeopardy, I wonder if you know of any friendly Judges, or FBI agents I could speak with personally. And would you please send this out nationally so the Americans across the country who have been helped by Hartford can be notified. I will need their help in keeping track of Hartford wherever they keep moving him so the government won't be able to keep him secretly hidden. He's not a terrorist for God's sake. He's a kind man who helps people with their various problems. And most the people he helps are poverty stricken, but he helps them anyway.

There are still people coming out to where I live from Hillsboro, Oregon and Beaverton, Oregon telling me that members of the cult are fine, upstanding Christians and I should be like them. Some of these people also tell me they are members of the Hillsboro, Oregon Chamber of Commerce and American Legion Post 104 in Aloha, Oregon.
Hmmmm.......let's see........maybe we can assume the Hillsboro Chamber of Commerce is the only Chamber of Commerce in the entire USA that thinks fanatical homophobia and white supremacy are good business practices. Maybe we can also assume that American Legion Post 104 thinks it's a bad idea to let non-master Aryan race veterans become members of the post.
At least we know a couple of Navy JAG officers agree with the cult and have even been helping them. Strange thing for Navy JAG officers to be involved in.

After the divorce with Faye Marie Oekerman in 1980, she and I made arrangements for our son. Over the last twenty years or so various vehicles I've had have been vandalized. The vandalism began shortly after my sister's (Chris Andrea Hays) husband-at-the-time wrecked their brand new sports car.
They had a brand new sports car because my father, John McClelland Hays, bought them a brand new sports car.
New info has come to light to indicate that the motivation for vandalizing my vehicles over the years was revenge.
It seems my father, mother (Neta Hays) and sister actually blame me for my sister's husband wrecking the new car. It seems my father and some of his friends were the ones doing the vandalizing over the years to get even with me for the delusional belief that I'm to blame for the car being wrecked. I'm not. I never even drove the car. However, one of their delusional beliefs is that I'm responsible.
The vandalism included sliced brake lines and sabotaged steering wheels.
I've been told that slicing brake lines and sabotaging steering wheels could be considered an act of attempted murder. This might explain why my sister's name thrice appeared mysteriously on my life insurance policy as beneficiary in lieu of the names of my two daughters. I've recently learned that if I did, indeed, die in an auto accident, my sister would have split the money with my ex-wife (Faye Marie Oekerman) and others.
Therefore, if anybody has any info on the circumstances or persons who, in conjuction with my father and his sleazy friends, vandalized my vehicles, please send me an email or post the info in this forum.

The Washington Post has a story about Iraq's Overlooked Women (washingtonpost.com).
The following is an excerpt:
An Iraqi doctor opened her door to Baath secret agents, only to find herself under arrest and on her way to jail for 10 years -- terrified she'd never see her children again. Her crime was to bandage the wounds of a dying man lying in a Baghdad street. She later heard that he had been left to die after an interrogation. In helping him and following the Hippocratic oath of her profession, she had stepped on the other side of the line. Her account is one among the hundreds of thousands of untold stories of Iraqi women.Over the past 35 years, Iraqis suffered murder, rape, torture and disappearances under the Baathist regime. Women have lost husbands, sons and brothers to war -- and been left to bear family and community responsibilities alone, in a country isolated from the world.
I wonder how many Iraqi women are glad the Baathist regime is effectively out of power.
