Who would have the authority to be able to order people on probation and parole in Washington County, Oregon to assault me over a period of several years?
Why, when living in a certain geographical area of Washington County, Oregon have I been unable to get anybody to investigate any of the assaults against me or the breakins to my various residences or the vandalism done to my various vehicles?
Who would have the authority and why would this person use trickery on me in order to get me to live within certain geographical boundaries within Washington County, Oregon for a period of several years? According to Postal Inspectors and FBI agents whoever this person was, this person did it with it the intent of slandering me and framing me for the benefit of Roger Weidner and the cult family.
Who tried to tamper with my military records?
As many people here in Oregon know, psycho Roger Weidner and his gang of "sovereign citizen" whackos like to hold "common law courts" and issue subpoenas and arrest warrants. They also like to put bogus liens on almost everything in the world. Even though a certain idiot in the Multnomah County District Attorney's office believes everything Roger and his looney gang says, most people don't.
In any event, the following Oregon State Statute applies to the paper terrorism practiced by crazy Roger and his gang.

When I was stationed in Rota, Spain in 1984, Cathy Winters set me up to be stabbed and beaten on instructions from the Roger Weidner gang. After the attack I managed to make it to the base hospital. I had lost a lot of blood. In fact, when I was first brought in I was bleeding all over myself. This sucks because everytime you bleed all over yourself you have to throw those clothes you are wearing away. Anyway, the pros at the base hospital saved my sorry ass.
Don't think I'm special. They saved everybody's sorry ass that came into the hospital that needed saving.
Believe me, I've tried to clean clothes I was wearing after an attack on me and I could never completely get the blood out.
So they patched me up and I was assigned light duty. This was cool because my duty consisted of being the paperpusher at a Seabee training command. Being on light duty meant that I didn't have to worry about having a clean weapon during inspections or doing any of that stuff that is required of Seabees.
The point of my true story is that this woman, Cathy Winters, said she would change my bandage when it needed to be changed, which was every couple of hours.
The first time it came to change the bandage, she opened it up and saw my shoulder blade bone and fainted. So I changed my bandage, threw her on the bed where she could be passed out peacefully, and made myself a Cuba Libre.
She never did change my bandage. But then again, she set me up to be stabbed and beaten in the first place. I don't think she was actually prepared to deal with the consequences if I survived.
I think this was her first time at conspiring to kill somebody.

Looks like the looney, homophobic, white supremacist, Sovereign Citizen - Christian Identity, Roger Weidner/Victor Oekerman gang is calling out the dogs.
These slimeballs are always sending me hate email and threatening email. However, sometimes they leave comments like the one below.

Under Jim Spinden's watch, did this crazy gang stash a bunch of weapons and explosives for their End of Time, imminent war against the "inferior" races in various rural areas of Washington County?

As any sailor can tell you, around Navy bases there's always a certain female criminal element that finds many sailors to be easy pickings. The following is about an old scam that I had been led to believe was on the way out but, apparently, it's still going on. The Navy may be trying to be family friendly, but the Navy is still not very family accurate.
This is how the scam would work. A female criminal type would find out the name of a sailor who was going to be out at sea for awhile, go to certain officials on base, tell them she was married to the sailor and needed some help. Many times paperwork would be initiated so this female criminal type would get financial benefits and base privileges. For reasons of bureaucratic negligence and often times because one department of the Navy has no idea what other departments are doing, many times nobody would ask the sailor or sailors if they had a wife or wives. Of course, many times the female types would over do it. I mean, c'mon, don't you think a female criminal type pretending to be married to four or five guys on the same ship is overdoing it?
Sometimes these females would get caught and slapped on the wrist. The Navy preferred not to deal with this type of fraud and many times just tried to push these types of fraud under the rug, so to speak.
Then, and I find this sort of funny, there were those females who actually marry two or three or four sailors and receive a bunch of benefits. If most of the sailors were out to sea most of the time, then for the wives back on shore it was "party time".
There's also a relatively small percentage of women who are divorcees who find out their ex-husband has enlisted or become an officer and go to certain Navy officials, say they are still married, and get base privileges and financial benefits.
One thing I found out was that once the female criminal types managed to con the Navy into accepting them as "wives", the Navy would give out all sorts of personal and private information about the sailor or sailors to these fake "wives".
Apparently my ex-wife, Faye Marie Oekerman, scammed the Navy after I enlisted.
I'm not sure if the other services have this sort of problem. Maybe they don't merely because being out at sea for most of the year enables mischief makers back home a lot of freedom to make mischief.

I'm the victim of fraud. Somebody at X-PRESS Communications forged my name to a check in the amount of $69.95 for drugs of some kind. Since I buy all my drugs through Kaiser Permanente, I never buy drugs from any other pharmaceutical company. The check number was check number 200. I haven't had check number 200 in years. My check numbers now are up into the thousands.
Looks like somebody ripped off some more of my mail.

I've written about this above and it involves somebody defauding me out ot $69.95 with a check number 200 with my name on the check. I also wrote before that I haven't had check number 200 in a couple of years. My checks have the address of a bank in the Portland, Oregon tri-county area. The fraudulent check had the address of a bank in Richmond, VA.
I called my bank's fraud department and they sent me a copy of a check to X-Press Communications Inc. in the amount of $69.95 for an unknown drug purchase. Whoever illegally got checks in my name got the account through a bank in Richmond, VA.
This fraudulent check caused an overdraft of over fifty dollars and I was charged twenty-five dollars by my bank to cover it. Of course, I didn't find out about the fraudulent check until I got a statement from my bank, but this sucks.
This sounds like something a meth-freak, cocaine-freak piece of crap by the name of Faye Marie Oekerman pulled a couple of years ago by pretending to be married to me.
Cops in Portland, Oregon and Tucson, Arizona knew what she was like and, probably, the writer of I am Jack's blog knows about bitches like Faye Marie Oekerman but here in loony, homophobic, racist Washington County, Oregon loonies like retired Sheriff Jim Spinden are in denial. Because of loony Jim Spinden's bizarre religious beliefs, he apparently believes only guys can do wrong
Jessica C. Rydman (a 31 year old stripper) was wanted for nearly a week as the suspect in a murder. Her picture was all over the TV news. She decided to turn herself, and the gun she used, into authorities at the Washington County Jail in Hillsboro, Oregon. But they told her to go away because she didn't have proof of identification. They didn't even look in the bag containing the gun that she handed to them.
"We screwed up. We screwed up big-time," Washington County Sheriff Jim Spinden said Wednesday. "We should know better. It's basic Cop 101."
This is the second embarrassing situation for the jail. Earlier this year a serial rapist escaped from custody because they failed to handcuff him.

Well, it seems Roger Weidner, Faye Marie Oekerman, and some other people in their gang in the Sovereign Citizen - Christian Identity movement know who tampered with my military records many years ago and why. It was, of course, to benefit certain members of the gang. Now all we need to know is what they know and if they got the person to tamper with my military records through threats, bribery, chicanery or some other reason.
If I could figure it out why couldn't a few Navy JAG officers? Or is the Navy trying to cover up the fact that some anti-government zealots have somebody in the Navy helping them.

Postal Service for some years. I wonder if this has anything to do with the myterious disappearance of my son and assets while I was away on active duty from 1980 to 1984. I wonder if this has anything to do with the false accusations made against me by psycho, delusional, mentally ill, ex-prosecutor, former inmate at Oregon State Hospital's program for the criminally insane Roger Weidner and the delusional, homophobic, racist psycho family.
This brings up the question of the hour. How many innocent people did Roger Weidner frame or attempt to frame when he was a prosecutor for the Multnomah County District Attorney's Office?

WATCHDOG SENT TO PSYCHIATRIC WARD
Salem (AP) - A former chief prosecutor in Portland who claims he found widespread corruption in Oregon's legal establishment now finds himself locked up in a Salem psychaiatric ward.
Roger Weidner, 57, has been in the Oregon State Hospital's forensic program for the criminally insane since a Multnomah County judge ordered him to undergo psychiatric evaluation in August.
His supporters say he's a tenacious whistle-blower who's paying a steep price for his efforts to expose wrongdoing. Others say he simply may be delusional.
"I'm a political prisoner in this place," he declared during an interview with the Statesman Journal newspaper.
District Judge Dorothy Baker, who ordered Weidner to the state hospital, could not be located for comment Monday.
At least one psychiatrist has told Weidner that he is dilusional. In psychiatric terms, that means Weidner holds firm beliefs in spite of strong evidence indicating they ARE FALSE.
Weidner scoffed at the diagnosis: I'm a far cry from being delusional. I have no belief or opinion that is not based on fact."
This brings up the question of the hour. How the hell did psycho, delusional Roger Weidner and members of the pig family convince my sister, Chris Andrea Hays, that she was a victim of Satanic Ritual Abuse and, also, that she was abducted by space aliens?

Going through a divorce is difficult no matter what the circumstances. Going through a divorce where the ex-spouse's attorney is a mentally deranged, delusional, homophobic, fanatically anti-government, hate-filled white supremacist makes the divorce process more difficult.

For all you people out there contemplating hiring a divorce attorney (and I do not advocate divorce just for the hell of it), don't hire my ex-wife's psycho divorce attorney, psycho Roger Weidner. Before Roger Weidner became the divorce lawyer for my ex-wife, Faye Marie Oekerman, and the attorney for the Victor Oekerman clan, he was a prosecutor with the Multnomah County, Oregon District Attorney's Office. I wonder how many innocent people delusional, mentally ill Roger put in the slammer. Roger was eventually disbarred for stealing from a client.

My relatives (John McClelland Hays, Neta Hays, and Chris Andrea Hays) and members of the Victor Oekerman/Roger Weidner cult have claimed since 1980 that I was still married to the psycho ex-wife (whom I divorced in 1980). Because of these claims and false accusations against me, the cult and my ex-wife, Faye Marie Oekerman, have been able to break into my various residences over the years and pretty much take whatever they want.
I was told by one of the psychopathic females of the cult that, "Well, you're still married to Faye Marie Oekerman and we like to keep things in the family".
I have recently found out that whenever I gave a gift to one of the women I was going out with, members of the Victor Oekerman clan would go to these women and tell them that since I was still married to psycho Faye Marie Oekerman the gift was actually supposed to go to Faye.
A couple of times members of the cult even told some of the women I went out with that I was psychotic and didn't realize that I was still married to Faye Marie Oekerman and that whatever gift or gifts I gave these women were in reality meant for Faye Marie Oekerman.
By pretending I was still married to the psycho ex-wife, the cult was able to steal my mail for years, to get into my bank account and steal money, and gain access to my credit cards.

No matter how many times my relatives and the mentally ill Victor Oekerman clan cause me to break up with women I'm going out with, I'm never going to be in their cult and I'm not going back to that violent, psychopathic, lying, thieving, ugly, stupid ex-wife by the name of Faye Marie Oekerman. I divorced her in 1980 and I don't care how many times my relatives and those idiots in the cult or the Oekerman family tell me that I married her forever, I'm not going back to her. She's a violent psycho who kept trying to kill me.
I also wish my relatives and the psycho Victor Oekerman clan would quit pretending I abandoned her, that I'm still married to her, and that I will eventually come back to her.
I just found out that the psycho ex-wife's father, sleazy Victor, secretly went to a couple of women I was going out with and........get this........when he and his cult couldn't get some of the women to hate me and break up with me, he and some of his buddies bribed some of the women to break up with me. All of this crap just so I would go back to his psycho daughter and be in his idiot cult. He even had the help of a psycho cop in Washington County, Oregon and, of course, that blithering moron, Roger Weidner.
Some of this can be explained by the following excerpt from William A. Eddy, LCSW, Esq.
.....those with personality disorders perceive the world as a much more threatening place than most people do. Therefore, their perceptions of other people's behavior is often distorted -- and in some cases delusional. Their world view is generally adversarial, so they often see all people as either allies or enemies in it. Their thinking is often dominated by cognitive distortions, such as: all-or-nothing thinking, emotional reasoning, personalization of benign events, minimization of the positive and maximization of the negative. They may form very inaccurate beliefs about the other person, but cling rigidly to those beliefs when they are challenged -- because being challenged is usually perceived as a threat.
People with personality disorders also appear more likely to make false statements. Because of the thought process of a personality disorder, the person experiences interpersonal rejection or confrontation much more deeply than most people. Therefore the person has great difficulty healing and may remain stuck in the denial stage, the depression stage, or the anger stage of grief -- avoiding acceptance by trying to change or control the other person.
Lying may be justified in their eyes -- possibly to bring a reconciliation. (This can be quite convoluted, like the former wife who alleged child sexual abuse so that her ex-husband's new wife would divorce him and he would return to her -- or so she seemed to believe.) Or lying may be justified as a punishment in their eyes. Just as we have seen that an angry spouse may kill the other spouse, it is not surprising that many angry spouses lie under oath. There is rarely any consequence for this, as family court judges often believe the truth cannot be known -- or that both are lying.
All of the following false accusations made against me for the last twenty years were made with the goal of isolating me just so I would join the cult and come back to the psycho ex-wife AND to punish me for divorcing the paycho ex-wife.

I spent my Thanksgiving Day pretty much alone. I did have some hamburger and a piece of chicken. My relatives in the cult have been ordered to have nothing to do with me unless I agree to become part of the cult.

I've written before about the murder Lorenzo Okaruru, a.k.a., Loni Kai.
The murder of Lorenzo has all the marks of an attack by the morons in the Voodoo Christianity Cult, down to and including the vehicles used and the ability to communicate with each other in order to clean up a lot of the evidence of the murder.

Man accuses firms of stealing software

PROVO — A self-described linguist and programmer has filed a lawsuit against Novell, the Eyring Research Institute and the founders of WordPerfect for a whopping $40 billion, claiming his software was pirated and used to create WordPerfect as well as some of Novell's first military missile programs.
Bruce Wydner of Eden, Weber County, and his brother, Roger Weidner, filed the suit last fall against Novell, Eyring Research and Bruce Bastian and Allen Ashton, formerly of WordPerfect.
Speaking to the Deseret News, Wydner claims a language translation software that he developed back in 1977 was inspired by passages within the Book of Mormon in which the Ancient Nephites were described as having the ability to decipher any human language through visual cues. In addition to alleging that his software was stolen, Wydner credits his software for ending the Cold War between the United States and Russia.
After working as a linguist at the Pentagon and translating messages for the Central Intelligence Agency, Wydner claims he was recruited by Brigham Young University to conduct research on what was to be known as his "Cost-Effective Machine Translation" software. Pointing to articles done in 1978 by the Deseret News and the Wall Street Journal, Wydner claims he was a part of a project to work on translation software.
