Update on my bizarre situation:
I'm starting to learn a little about the specifics of some of the things that were done to me for twenty years, behind my back, by a psycho neo-Nazi group which also includes a mentally ill ex-wife and her neo-Nazi family, neo-Nazi allies and secret neo-Nazi allies.
First, unbeknownst to me, the psycho ex-wife and her family belonged to a somewhat secret neo-Nazi group that included former assistant district attorney for Multnomah County, Oregon, Roger Weidner and retired Sheriff of Washington County, Oregon, Jim Spinden.
Then, while I'm away in the military from 1980 to 1984 my assets and my son disappear and I find out later that my relatives became brainwashed by the cult and that they joined the cult. Then I found out that my relatives have done what the leaders of the cult have told them to do for years and that they have played the victim card and are claiming to be victims of every Paranoid Conspiracy on the planet AND, much to my chagrin, I have found out that my mother and sister have become victims of Mexicans, Jews, Blacks, me and a whole bunch of other people. They have become convinced of these delusionals because my relatives have been brainwashed into believing the following lunacy by the cult:

According to Postal Inspectors and FBI agents, somebody tried to tamper with my military records after I had mustered out of the U.S. Navy and after I had been working at the U. S. Postal Service for some years. I wonder if this has anything to do with the myterious disappearance of my son and assets while I was away on active duty from 1980 to 1984. I wonder if this has anything to do with the false accusations made against me by psycho, delusional, mentally ill, ex-prosecutor, former inmate at Oregon State Hospital's program for the criminally insane Roger Weidner and the delusional, homophobic, racist "pig" family.

Going through a divorce is difficult no matter what the circumstances. Going through a divorce where the ex-spouse's attorney is a mentally deranged, delusional, homophobic, fanatically anti-government, hate-filled white supremacist makes the divorce process more difficult.
Having an ex-spouse with a mentally deranged, delusional, homophobic, fanatically anti-government, hate-filled white supremacist attorney who brings his mentally deranged, delusional, homophobic, fanatically anti-government, hate-filled white supremacist gang into the courtroom and starts a riot makes what should have been a simple divorce really, really, really difficult.

Recently Victor Oekerman, Roger Weidner, and other members of the pig family cult have tried to bribe me in order to get me to come back to the psyco, violent, delusional ex-wife I divorced in 1980 and, also, to agree to join the cult. Here's the deal: If I come back to the psycho ex-wife and join the cult, then they'll give me a brand new vehicle.
In 1980, crazy Victor offered me a new vehicle if I would stay with his psycho daughter and not divorce her. I refused, of course, because as a couple of Portland, Oregon cops told me, "If you stay with her she or a member of her family will eventually end up succeeding in killing you." Besides, not only was Faye Marie Oekerman stupid, dishonest, manipulative, delusional, and violent, but like most of the women in the Victor Oekerman clan, she was a control freak.
According to some people who are no longer in the cult, Victor, Roger and some of their buddies bribed the following people to help the cult spy on me and falsely accuse me of outrageous crimes.

- A certain cop that goes to my relatives' church
There are others. Since the cult has crossed state lines on numerous occasions to stalk me and attack me, I think their actions fall under federal criminal statutes. I wonder if I can get the FBI to investigate all this.

For all you people out there contemplating hiring a divorce attorney (and I do not advocate divorce just for the hell of it), don't hire my ex-wife's psycho divorce attorney, psycho Roger Weidner. Before Roger Weidner became the divorce lawyer for my ex-wife, Faye Marie Oekerman, and the attorney for the Victor Oekerman clan, he was a prosecutor with the Multnomah County, Oregon District Attorney's Office. I wonder how many innocent people delusional, mentally ill Roger put in the slammer. Roger was eventually disbarred for stealing from a client.
Let the fun begin.

My relatives (John McClelland Hays, Neta Hays, and Chris Andrea Hays) and members of the Victor Oekerman/Roger Weidner cult have claimed since 1980 that I was still married to the psycho ex-wife (whom I divorced in 1980). Because of these claims and false accusations against me, the cult and my ex-wife, Faye Marie Oekerman, have been able to break into my various residences over the years and pretty much take whatever they want.
I was told by one of the psychopathic females of the cult that, "Well, you're still married to Faye Marie Oekerman and we like to keep things in the family".
I have recently found out that whenever I gave a gift to one of the women I was going out with, members of the Victor Oekerman clan would go to these women and tell them that since I was still married to psycho Faye Marie Oekerman the gift was actually supposed to go to Faye.
A couple of times members of the cult even told some of the women I went out with that I was psychotic and didn't realize that I was still married to Faye Marie Oekerman and that whatever gift or gifts I gave these women were in reality meant for Faye Marie Oekerman.
By pretending I was still married to the psycho ex-wife, the cult was able to steal my mail for years, to get into my bank account and steal money, and gain access to my credit cards.

No matter how many times my relatives and the mentally ill Victor Oekerman clan cause me to break up with women I'm going out with, I'm never going to be in their cult and I'm not going back to that violent, psychopathic, lying, thieving, ugly, stupid ex-wife by the name of Faye Marie Oekerman. I divorced her in 1980 and I don't care how many times my relatives and those idiots in the cult or the Oekerman family tell me that I married her forever, I'm not going back to her. She's a violent psycho who kept trying to kill me.
I also wish my relatives and the psycho Victor Oekerman clan would quit pretending I abandoned her, that I'm still married to her, and that I will eventually come back to her.
I just found out that the psycho ex-wife's father, sleazy Victor, secretly went to a couple of women I was going out with and........get this........when he and his cult couldn't get some of the women to hate me and break up with me, he and some of his buddies bribed some of the women to break up with me. All of this crap just so I would go back to his psycho daughter and be in his idiot cult. He even had the help of a psycho cop in Washington County, Oregon and, of course, that blithering moron, Roger Weidner.
Some of this can be explained by the following excerpt from William A. Eddy, LCSW, Esq.
.....those with personality disorders perceive the world as a much more threatening place than most people do. Therefore, their perceptions of other people's behavior is often distorted -- and in some cases delusional. Their world view is generally adversarial, so they often see all people as either allies or enemies in it. Their thinking is often dominated by cognitive distortions, such as: all-or-nothing thinking, emotional reasoning, personalization of benign events, minimization of the positive and maximization of the negative. They may form very inaccurate beliefs about the other person, but cling rigidly to those beliefs when they are challenged -- because being challenged is usually perceived as a threat.
People with personality disorders also appear more likely to make false statements. Because of the thought process of a personality disorder, the person experiences interpersonal rejection or confrontation much more deeply than most people. Therefore the person has great difficulty healing and may remain stuck in the denial stage, the depression stage, or the anger stage of grief -- avoiding acceptance by trying to change or control the other person.
Lying may be justified in their eyes -- possibly to bring a reconciliation. (This can be quite convoluted, like the former wife who alleged child sexual abuse so that her ex-husband's new wife would divorce him and he would return to her -- or so she seemed to believe.) Or lying may be justified as a punishment in their eyes. Just as we have seen that an angry spouse may kill the other spouse, it is not surprising that many angry spouses lie under oath. There is rarely any consequence for this, as family court judges often believe the truth cannot be known -- or that both are lying.
All of the following false accusations made against me for the last twenty years were made with the goal of isolating me just so I would join the cult and come back to the psycho ex-wife AND to punish me for divorcing the paycho ex-wife.

- Being an ex-convict
- Being addicted to heroin and cocaine
- Being a pedophile
- Being a Satanist.
- Being a child molester
- Sniffing glue for years as an adolescent
- Being an arsonist
- Being a woman beater
- Shooting up a vehicle the ex-wife and I owned
- Being a bank robber
- Being a drug, guns, etc. smuggler
- Being a car thief
- Being a burglar
- Being married to the ex-wife when I'm not
- Being a forger
- Being a rapist
- Being addicted to teenage girls
- Being addicted to teenage boys
- Being a child molester
- Being psychotic
- Being a drunken bum addicted to gambling.
